Step into modern comfort in the heart of Queenstown. This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Shotover Street offers stylish living on the main street of Queenstown CBD. Perfect for those seeking convenience with a touch of luxury in the vibrant heart of QT.
Stay Comfortably
Bedrooms: 2
Two Queen bedrooms upstairs. All featuring hotel standard linen. A cot for infants can be supplied on request.
Designed to provide restful nights for families and groups of friends.
Bathrooms: 1
One bathroom downstairs next to the living & kitchen area. Equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand/body wash and toilet paper.
Kitchen and living area:
Open plan kitchen and lounge area with incredible views over Queenstown CBD & the gondola. The lounge area has a comfy sofa, TV and heat pump to keep you toasty.
The kitchen is fully equipped to self cater throughout your stay. We provide basics to get you started; oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and cleaning supplies.
Parking:
**Off site** parking is available. This is free of charge. As this in the city centre you will need to park in a loading bay & unload luggage then park at an underground parking spot just across the road. Please note the apartment is on the second floor, a set of external steps must be climbed from the carpark. Note the carparks has a restriction of 2.2M in height. Not suitable for camper vans.
Laundry:
A washing machine is available for use throughout your stay.

Amazing location!!
The apartments are on the main street of Queenstown city centre. Location could not be more central. The airport is 20minutes drive from the apartment.
Public transport:
Ubers and taxis are readily available if you want to explore the surrounds.
Easily accessible bus route to Frankton/Airport for those who choose not to rent a vehicle, just a few minutes stroll from the apartment.
Full access to the apartment, you will share a set of external steps with the apartment next door. We ask that you carefully read check in instructions to locate the property as it is down an alleyway.
I'll be available via the app for anything needed.
Car parking is NOT at the apartments. It is in an underground carpark across the road. You can park in the loading zone below the apartment for 10 minutes (any longer the council may give you a parking ticket) to drop luggage off.
External steps must be climbed to access.
As the apartment is in the centre of the city some noise is to be expected. We are opposite an awesome pub (Beech Tree) this shuts down before 11 every evening. Please ensure this meets all guest needs.
HOUSE RULES:
We ask all guests to carefully read listing info before booking to ensure properties are suitable for your party. Please reach out if you have any queries.
We will not be held liable for any parking tickets from loading longer than the time restriction (10minutes).
Check-in time is after 3pm unless otherwise agreed.
Check-out time is strictly 10am. Please leave the house in an organised state. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees for unarranged late check out or properties left in a poor state.
No smoking is allowed on any of our premises. A minimum fee of NZD 200 will be charged for the fumigation of the property if evidence of smoking indoors.
Any damage, noise complaints, lost keys or issues caused by the guests that require our time will be charged to the guest at a rate of $60 p/h + GST. Including any call outs that result in wasted time.
The lead guest on the booking must be over 25. We reserve the right to vet guests & obtain photographic ID from all party members.
The number of guests cannot exceed the amount on booking. The lead guest on reservation must be present.
No smoking is allowed on any of our premises. A minimum fee of NZD 200 will be charged for the fumigation of the property if evidence of smoking indoors.
Pets are not allowed in any of our properties unless stated in the listing.
Excessive noise outdoors is not permitted between the hours of 10pm - 7am. Any complaints for excessive noise will incur a minimum call out fee of NZD 100.
Parties or large gatherings are not permitted on our premises.
We expect our guests to vacate the property in an orderly manner. No furniture should be rearranged, nothing removed from the property, all rubbish should be placed in the appropriate bins & keys left back in the lockbox.
All property on the premises is owned by Bees & the property owner. All linen is hired by a 3rd party. Linen will be counted on exit and any missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest.
Bees have the right to evict guests at any point if they do not adhere to house rules. Any evidence of illegal activity will be dealt with by the Police. Fees for management time & inconvenience will be charged. No refunds will be given.
LIABILITY
As our guest, it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your party and any personal belongings. All doors and windows must be locked when exiting the premises. We do not accept any liability for theft or damage on site.
Bees will not be held liable for any injuries, loss or claims during your stay. It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure the health & safety of any children/party members.
We do not accept any liability for bookings affected by âforce majeureâ events. Ie any events that are unpredictable and out of our control (pandemic, war, acts of God, travel disruptions etc).
Please note all accommodation rates and any additional fees stated above or during correspondence are in New Zealand Dollars and will include an additional 15% Goods and Service Tax (GST).
By placing a booking with us you agree to our T&Câs stated above. All house rules must be adhered to or excess fees stated will apply.
