There's room for pets and the whole family! Welcome to your home away from home in this fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath 1970s ranch-style house in a quiet, established neighborhood.
Whether you're a traveling professional, visiting faculty, or a family in transition, this home offers comfort, convenience, and plenty of space.
The open-concept living area includes a stone wall fireplace, large sectional sofa, and a smart TV with streaming platforms. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need: stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a spacious island perfect for gathering or meal prep. The adjoining dining area seats eight comfortably. High chair is available for babies and toddlers.
Each of the three bedrooms features a memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, dimmable ceiling light, portable fan, dresser, large windows, mounted TV, and a door with a lock for privacy. Store your clothes and items in amply-sized closets.
Two of the bedrooms connects Jack-and-Jill style to a shared bathroom. An additional office space includes a desk and a sofa bed for added flexibility. The room can be closed off with wall-to-wall curtain for privacy.
Extras include a washer and dryer, pack n play, high chair, and storage space in the attached two-car garage. Toys and games are available for the kids!
Outside, enjoy the fully fenced backyard with a wooden privacy fence, covered back patio, charcoal grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining table with lighting for evening meals. The front courtyard is also fenced and includes additional covered seating. Pets are welcome to enjoy the space indoors and out!
