âą The property is located on a main road; however, due to the double brick wall, you can not hear the noise at all! Note: The road out the front is a clear way until 10 am, so parking is limited to the provided 2-car driveway or the opposite side of the street. You can also park in Baringa Road.

âą The air conditioning separate dwelling downstairs can sometimes struggle to turn on / off.
