Twelve-foot ceilings and full-wall, commercial-grade windows flood the space with natural light, giving it an open, airy feel and framing urban views.
Spacious and versatile layout
The loft features two private bedrooms, each furnished with a plush king-size bed for ultimate comfort. Two leather, pillow-topped futons that offer additional sleeping options, making the space perfect for families, groups, or those needing flexibility. Two full bathrooms provide added convenience and privacyâideal for multiple guests.
Open-concept kitchen & living
The living area flows into a spacious kitchen, thoughtfully designed with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a generous island that doubles as a breakfast barâperfect for cooking, entertaining, or casual dining.

Whether you're grabbing brunch on Washington Avenue, catching a show at the Fox Theatre, or strolling through nearby mural-lined streets, everything is within easy reach. Despite the central location, the area offers a laid-back, walkable vibeâideal for both adventure and relaxation.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro Link light rail system to access many major attractions.
St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.
TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".

â Pets are not permitted on the property

â No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
â No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
â Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
â Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
â Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
