First rental season July 2025.
Breathtaking waterfront views, beautiful tranquil lake. This private family cottage is perfect to spend time with family and friends(or alone), where nature surrounds you with 40 acres of forest. Bring your own ATV for lots of riding opportunities.
Property boasts a small beach perfect for kids and adults for an easy entrance into clear weed free swimming or floating- the choice is yours. The dock is located steps away where you can enjoy the sun, cast a line and fish(fishing license required) dangle your feet in the water and chill đ. You are welcome to tie your own boat to the dock so you can explore the lake or the island (across the way) or paddle the lake in our kayak or canoe. Keep a look out for the loons and blue herons!
Too hot? Enjoy a board game, play cards or watch TV on a 65" television with Bell Satellite that includes NHL Package.
The BBQ is yours to use for outdoor grilling, there is plug on the propane tank to let you know the level. Plus an extra tank is provided should you suddenly run out.
The view of the night sky is breathtaking while roasting hotdogs and marshmallows over the fire pit. If you are lucky enough to see the moon rise, it is a spectacular sight!
The first bedroom has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 in a double bed. Master bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed that has a double on the bottom and a single on the top.
Shared three piece bathroom has a stand up shower.
A full kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker (sorry no dishwasher- which makes for interesting chats while washing the dishes together creating fun memories).
Relax in family room on comfortable leather furniture while watching your favorite shows.
If you enjoy hiking, check out the trails at Mont Cayamant. Or even visit the lookout Tower.
Rustik 55 is the main restaurant in the village of Cayamant. This restaurant has delicious food and is a short drive away. Cayamant also has a well stocked convenience store for all your needs.
