A beautifully appointed townhome located the city end of Norwood and walking distance to shops, cafeâs city Oatlands and Rundle St. Enjoy living the cosmopolitan Adelaide lifestyle while staying in this luxury residence.
Once through the gate, youâll find a quiet oasis with an attractive, low maintenance garden, outdoor seating and a barbecue. Let yourselves in, grab the garage door remote and take your car theogony the secure gate and into the double garage at the rear of the townhouse. Parking for 2 cars.
Entering the home highlights it as a beautiful haven, equally suited to relaxing or working from. The entrance leads to the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. The high ceilings and window height adds to the ambience of luxury and space.
The kitchen is a chef's delight, and features a spacious pantry that includes ample storage and power points. The stone and stainless steel benchtops, high quality stainless steel appliances, view from the kitchen to the front courtyard, make this a delightful cooking space. Of course you may prefer to walk 100m around the corner to a local coffee shop or enjoy one of the multitudes of cafes on The Parade.
Aldi is a short walk too if you do have anything youâd like to pick up to cook.
The ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning makes for year round comfort.
The living area overlooks the inviting courtyard and established garden, and this is an ideal spot for summer b-b-q's or simply relaxing. On this level there is also a powder room, laundry and study/office space.
Upstairs there is a well appointed master suite, with King bed which combines an entrance, spacious master bedroom, extensive robes and a tastefully appointed bathroom with a separate bath and shower. On this level there are a further 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and one with a built in robe. There is another bathroom that services these two bedrooms.
All bed linen and bathroom towels are included.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
