Open plan living dining that opens out to outdoor patio & ideal for entertaining & enjoying the afternoon breezes. Located in a quiet street and within a 5 minute walk to the beautiful dog-friendly South Golden Beach or just enjoy everything the region has to offer.
Including amazing beaches, local markets, a music festival or just relax with some family down time.
This home is set in a fantastic quiet location and is a lovely home-away-from-home. A wonderful choice for a young family or friends looking for a relaxing break within 2-min walk to a beautiful beach and amazing coffee or fish and chips from Mrs Birdy's.

We can arrange your shopping for you, a driver, local tours and catering. Anything else - just ask!
Please leave the house in the same condition as you found it, clean & tidy, including the bbq. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $45 per hour to clean this.

Please note guests travelling with dogs will incur an additional $80 cleaning fee
BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS
Our property has a firm no party policy with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no loud music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 8pm â 8am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
