Villa Monti - Luxury Villa with large private pool

This wonderful Villa sleeps up to 8 guests (ideal for 6 adults & 2 children) & is just 30-40 mins from Nice International Airport.

Villa Monti is situated 5-7 minutes (4km) from the picturesque town of Menton; “The Pearl of France” & sits on the Franco/Italian border making it an ideal location for day trips to the charming Italian market towns of Ventimiglia & San Remo, or head west for 20 minutes for the glitz of Monaco & on to Cannes & St. Tropez.

Consisting of three modernised, air-conditioned double bedrooms (two of which can be converted into single beds, upon request) & all of which are equipped with modern en-suite bath or shower rooms. The principal suite also benefits from a large mezzanine floor, which can be converted into additional sleeping quarters, ideal for young families.

On the ground floor you will find a large American style, modern, open plan kitchen, dining & living room leading on to a second living room (which can also be converted into sleeping accommodation upon request) with a TV & games console & direct views on to the swimming pool, outdoor bar & living area.

Menton has wonderful restaurants & bars around every corner, a famous food market, newly developed beach clubs and beaches & of course those famous Lemons celebrated annually during the February Lemon Festival.

Essential amenities such as the local Artisan Boulangerie, Intermarche (hypermarket) shops & Pharmacy are all conveniently situated within a 5 minute drive.

There is ample parking at Villa Monti on site for 4-5 cars, but please note that access to Villa Monti is via an old Olive Farm track & is, therefore, not suitable for vehicles with very low ground clearance (e.g. sports cars, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens etc...).
