Nestled in the picturesque suburb of Orakei, and only a 2 minute walk to Paritai Drive, this beautifully appointed 2-bedroom newly renovated pad offers the perfect sanctuary for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Auckland while enjoying the comforts of modern living. With its prime central location, youâll find it to be the ideal home base for your next adventure.
This newly renovated, premium single-level home is tastefully furnished and fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Designed with an open-plan layout, the living areas seamlessly integrate the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces, along with a laundry area featuring a washing machine and dryer. Music enthusiasts will appreciate the inclusion of a piano.
French doors open to a sun-filled courtyard, complete with an outdoor dining set, a Weber BBQ, and a cozy lounge areaâperfect for entertaining or unwinding. Down the hall, you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms and a stylish, modern bathroom.
I am available daily from 8 AM to 6 PM to assist with recommendations, reservations, or any other inquiries. Additionally, upon request and for an additional service fee, I can arrange for groceries to be stocked prior to your arrival.
I will be available throughout your stay.
