Our single-level haven, with no stairs has a spacious and inviting lounge both a heat pump and air conditioning and complemented by a Smart TV for your entertainment. Three furnished bedrooms, the first bedroom features super king bed. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed. The third bedroom is designed with a single bed.



The kitchen caters to your culinary needs with modern conveniences, including a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, full oven, and toaster. Outside is a lovely deck furnished with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.



The outside area features a partially fenced private garden and deck. A private off-street car park accommodating three cars.

PET POLICY:

Pets with prior approval

$20 per night per pet (negotiable for longer terms stays or multiple pets)

$500 Bond per pet which is refundable following inspection after check out.

$100 cleaning fee per pet

Poo to be picked up and bagged up before going into the rubbish bin

Pets not allowed on furniture

Pets to be kept under control and not disturb Neighbours

Pets not to be left alone at home for extended periods (more than 3hrs)

Guests are liable for any and all any damages by the pet including but not limited to will not scratch the doors/walls, urinating of pooing inside, staining carpets or rugs or furniture, leaving a doggy smell in the house, chewing furniture, digging holes in the garden or other things that dogs can do to damage property.
