Not one of the best.
We arrived to the property on July 5th. There was no communication from the owners except for the WiFi and lock codes. No : "How is everything?", "Do you need something?" , nothing. The picture is a bit misleading as you can thinkbit is the house you are staying, but you actually stay in the basement of that house. The apartment was very clean but a bit cramped together. The main problem was the lack of communication from the owner. At some point on the first night there was an air pipe on the ceiling that blew hot air into the house. Since there is no fans or AC the apartment became real hot real quick. I contacted the owner who in return replayed that there is nothing he can do... if someone is a guest at your VRBO you should take care of his needs. If there ia nothing you can do about the air put some fans in the apartment. I contacted them about a plastic wrap that was on the King bed. After some checking we saw that the owner did not even take the wrap since he bought the mattress. It was not the wax one you put to protect the mattress. I contacted the owner to see if we can take it off. I agree that I did not contact him earlier, as we arrived late ( 9: 30 p.m.) back to the apartment, but I believe that if you rent a home to people you should make yourself available to your clients needs even at 10 p.m. I got no answer at all and we had to sleep on the mattress wrap which was super uncomfortable. At 5:30 a.m. he sends me "yes"...No soap in the shower...
