Very nice very comfortable. The hosts are extremely friendly and make sure that you’re comfortable. Awesome Cajun restaurant right on the property. Beach right across the street walking distance easily. Pools everywhere, but our view from the balcony was a nice pool. All I can say they are great people and took care of us. I may stay there again someday it was a great time. Everything is close by many good restaurants, water parks, all kinds of entertainment for children or adults. I highly recommend that.

Get away

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, the pools and the hot tubs were awesome. It was just a short walk to the beach. The security to the place was nice.

Great little place for 2 people, maybe 3!!

Property was perfect distance for a short walk to the beach, it is up stairs, so if you have issues with stairs, completely clean, pool was close, would stay again!!!

Perfectly Located!

We enjoyed our week here! This place is perfectly located to grab a water taxi in the evening for a quick and convenient jump to the best places - without the headache of parking and traffic (during the busy season)
 and easy access to the private beach front for daytime fun! The place itself is just the right size and the residents are super-friendly and helpful with tips on all the best places around town.

overall it was a great experience. The owner was so friendly and accommodations were perfect for 4 people. 2 adults and 2kids. The property was in excellent condition . The beach was clean and beautiful. We are looking forward to going back next year.

Loved it!

I was hesitant to to book simply because I had never used this site before. The owner answered all my questions and was patient with me during the process. This location is excellent! Great pool and beach access. Very nice little condo. Can't beat the price!

Cozy studio 200 yards from beach

Love this place for my wife and I, 4th year we have stayed. Great for couples that relax together. Reasonable priced within Piper Cove condos with kichenette that has everything one needs. Clean and convenient. WiFi is my only upgrade I recommend to owners.

nice condo!

We took a short girl's trip and this condo is the perfect size and location. The weather wasn't the greatest, but we made the most out of it! April was very accomodating and easy to work with. The walk to the beach was easy and for the days we didn't feel like crossing the street there was plenty of parking. It was also very nice to be in close proximity to the pool.

A pleasant vacation spot.

It was very nice with only a few things that were needed. The storm door would not lock. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. The skillets were scratched and need replacing. We enjoyed staying there and it was very comfortable.

great location

We were in Destin for a wedding. The location was perfect as it was in the same area as the rest of the wedding party. The condo was on the second floor, so it was very quiet. There was a great view of the pool and the beach was across the street. The kitchen was well equipped with pots/pans/utensils/dishes--everything we needed. The owners were very quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely stay here again.

Short walk to beach

The highlight for us was the short walk to the beach. This was an unplanned family getaway and the short walk to the private beach access was great. Right after entering the beach access is a small shack with food and drink, bathroom, and rinsing stations. The pool was nice and close to the condo. The one downside is the beds are very uncomfortable. A matress topper would do a world of good for this rental! Other than that, great place.

Cozy and convenient

The reason I gave a 3 star rating of cleanliness is because there was a strong smell of sewer coming from the condos and the water smelled really weird. Also there were very large roaches outside the condo!

Excellent Place to Stay

The owner was quick to answer our inquiry and get everything booked. It is a great place to stay!!! Quite and cozy. My husband, step-daughter and I stayed for a week. We would defiantly come back again!! The pool is right below the balcony so our step-daughter, 14, could be playing in the pool while we sat and watched. The beach is a very short walking distance. It is private beach access for the people staying at Sandpiper. There is also a mini snack bar by the beach. There is washer dryer access right next to the pool so you can swim/tan while waiting for your laundry. We can't wait to come back!!!

Not worth it imo

It shouldn’t be listed as sleeping 4 people it couldn’t sleep 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. And if we fell asleep the outdated refrigerator was sure to wait us up. I think it’s just this room not the entire complex. Will not stay there again

Poor Communication with property manager. Stay away 
..

0 STAR. Very old appliances. We can’t sleep or stay in the condor because of the refrigerator is making very very loud noise. Oven door jammed and burnt all our foods. Bathtub is old and dirty. Beds are old and uncomfortable. I tried to contact owner/agent but can’t get hold of them. April emailed me 2 days later and asked me to turn down or turn off the refrigerator- are you kidding me. Wish I can upload video and picture here.

Great Studio Close to the Pool & Private Beach. - Owners were great to deal with!

My family (Wife, 2 young children and myself) stayed in this unit 7/7/12 - 7/14/12. For a studio unit, it was situated very well with newly updated interior. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the vacation. The unit is located in very close proximity to the pool and was just a short walk to the private beach. While our youngest was napping, I could be up in the condo balcony while he slept and at the same time talk to my wife & daughter in the pool. The pool couldn't be situated in a more convenient location for this condo. The owners were extremely personable and accessible. They were very responsive to all calls/emails and provided us with a great overall experience. Although most of the studios at this condo complex are likely very similar, I'm certain that this one stands out due to the recent updates and excellent ownership. (You're definitely not dealing with a Real Estate Management Company... You're dealing with 2 individual owners.) I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Ok for the cost.

Condo was what I expected for the cost, but it was not as clean as I would have expected. The floors were covered in sand when we arrived. The bathtub had not been cleaned for awhile. The bed was very, very firm and the bed linens need to be replaced, as they are stained and pilled. Because it is a Murphy bed, it is also very short. The fancy counter tops are nice, but, I would much prefer a comfortable bed and a clean and well maintained bathtub and shower head. I found it hard to work with April. I asked for information a few days before our check in because we would be traveling, and would have limited access to email. We did not receive any information until about 1 hour before check in. We did not receive any information in regards to the complex. We tried to get info from security, but the security guard was new, and did not know anything. It took us about an hour just to find out how to open the gate to get to the beach. The restaurant in the complex is wonderful, and the pool was clean and the pool furniture was well maintained. The beach is beautiful.

Room was comfortable and clean. We had a view of the water and fast walk to the beach. Always enjoy these condos at this location! I do wish deposits would be returned faster. It's been over a week since our stay and I have not received it back. Last time I think it took 3 weeks before it was back in my account.
