Surfhouse Middleton is located just one street back from the esplanade on popular Newell Avenue. Itâs so close to the beach you can hear the waves and watch spectacular sunsets. Just a short stroll to the main surf break it has sweeping sea views from the back deck to Middleton Point. Thoughtfully designed, it boasts two huge decks, a hot outdoor bath and shower, a modern kitchen & new bathrooms. Enjoy free WIFI, Netflix and a Smart TV.

We are strictly a non-smoking & no vapes anywhere on the property.
We are all about having a good time but this is a strictly no party property.
We also do not accept any guests or bookings that are participating in Schoolies.
Please be respectful to our neighbours and keep your noise to an appropriate level.
Please note we have security cameras monitoring outside the property.
We require government issued photo ID & car rego and all details of guests on confirming your booking.
