Whether youâre a family, group of friends, or a couple seeking a peaceful getaway, this beautiful property offers a tranquil retreat just minutes from the waterâs edge.
This home is thoughtfully designed for families, with a relaxed layout that makes holiday living easy. The main living and dining area is open and airy, flowing directly out to a covered hardwood deck, perfect for alfresco meals, morning coffees, or afternoon BBQs while the kids play in the backyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including stone benchtops, a walk-in pantry, and modern appliances, so preparing meals is simple and stress-free. There are four comfortable bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom offers a little extra privacy with its own ensuite and walk-in robe, while the other bedrooms are ideal for children or extended family.

Outside, you'll find a fully fenced, beautifully maintained backyard with plenty of space for children to run around safely. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome to join the family holiday, just please keep them off the furniture and beds (note this room does not have a door).
The Community pool is available for your use when in season and will be open from September on for guest use .
The double garage and spacious driveway provide ample parking for cars, bikes, or even a small boat or jet ski.
