* **No smoking indoors:** This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, or vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the property. A **$750 penalty** will be charged for any non-compliance.

* **Minimum stay:** All reservations for this property require a **minimum stay of 3 nights**.
