This bungalow style home which was recently updated is situated close to the desirable Cape Coral Yacht Club area within min. to downtown Cape Coral with Gulf Access and western exposure views.
This home will give you tranquility, nature and many options for walks and watching Florida Wildlife.
As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a unique set up that combines the kitchen, living room and dining room, and dining area offering amazing sunset views.

This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 20 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 40 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

The home has a split floor plan with the main bedroom and en-suite bathroom on one site giving it plenty of privacy and the guest bedrooms on the opposite side sharing a bathroom.
