The condo at Falling Waters was just as described. Communication with VRBO and in particular with the owner was perfect. We would not hesitate to book the condo again.

We really enjoyed our condo at Falling Waters in Naples! It had everything that we needed and more. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed coffee and lunch from the lanai almost everyday. Falling Waters is a very nice community with a fantastic large "resort like" pool. The owners were great to work with. I can't say enough good things about this condo and we hope to return in the future!

Falling Waters condo

My husband and I were very pleased with the condo. Very well stocked and furnished. We especially enjoyed the large lanai for morning coffee and we used the bbq a number of times

livin' the dream

Best place we have ever stayed at for a month in Florida (10 years). Dan exceeded all expectations, even helping us carry our heavy bags upstairs.

January 2024 at Falling Waters

Great Condo to rent. It looked just like the pictures on VRBO. I really enjoyed sitting out on the screened Lanai overlooking the pond. Beautiful view. Dan, the owner, was very good with making sure that everything was good with my stay. I was very pleased with my month I spent there.

This unit is superior in Falling Waters. Immaculate. Situated far from highway noise. Lovely view of lake from expanded lanai. Photos are accurate. Huge tv in living room. TV's in both bedrooms (rare). Refrigerator, sink and stove on lanai. So fun. Private garage for car. Close to pool. (Best pool in Naples.)And Dan is the best. Whatever you need, he is there. Try not to rent it too often because I need it!

Great condo

We really enjoyed the condo. It is confortable, spacious and well furnished. We especially appreciate the screened lanai with Bbq grill and view of the lake. Well located, near downtown, beach, restaurants, groceries, etc. The pool is fantastic! The owners are very welcoming. Clear instructions and easy access to condo. They promptly answered questions we had. Thanks Dan and Louise.

The best ever in Falling Waters

The condo could not have been better. The appliances are high end. The washer and dryer were amazing, Any questions we had for owners were answered very quickly. I have stayed at Falling Waters at least 10 times in the past the other units were nice but they do not compare to this one. The view from the deck was breath taking we watched the sun set most nights over our 4 week stay. Dan has a second unit not far this one and we are already booked for next year and hopefully the year after that. Bill & Sue Eastern Canada

A Spectular Place to Stay!!

If you want a luxurious, first class place to stay, I promise you, this is it. Everything is high end and all of your wants, needs and wishes will be taken care of, the moment you walk in the door. There isn't anything that the owners haven't thought of to ensure your happiness. The owners are wonderful people. This condo will always be our first choice for all future Florida vacations. We stayed for one month and didn't want to leave.

Some of our renters have mentioned that they've rented a condo closer to the pool in the past, but it wasn't as quiet as the Magnolia Falls subdivision where our condo is located which is more secluded and peaceful. We're about a 7 minute walk from the pool or 2 minutes ride by bicycle. We're glad you had a very good stay! Dan & Louise

Magnolia Falls

We loved Falling Waters!!! The location is perfect. The beach is only a few miles away. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants too! The condo was beautiful. The pool was amazing!! There were a couple of plumbing issues, but were resolved. Thank you to Dan and Louise!

Naples Getaway

First time using VRBO which was a very nice experience. Beautiful lakeside view & a terrific community swimming pool. Felt like an oasis. Property was exactly like pictured. I would definitely recommend this property. Great value!
