The pool was awesome and Cathy was a responsive and thoughtful host. The house is quite small if you have young kids, but everything is well appointed. My kids loved the house and want to rent it again.

Great location. We saw deer and wild turkeys around the yard every day. The house is well equipped with anything you would need. I have never seen a kitchen more stocked with amenities. The outside area is amazing with the pool, hot tub, outside chairs and a really nice grill that we fully took advantage of. Cathy was quick to get back with me when we had a question. Short drive to the beach, fresh produce and ice cream!!! Thanks for sharing your piece of heaven!!!

Family Trip

My siblings and I were looking for a quiet place to spend some time with our mother, and this place was perfect. The Sawyer Cottage was very nicely decorated and felt warm and inviting. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. There was plenty of space for us to gather and spend time together. I definitely plan to stay again.
