the lively V&A Waterfront and Greenpoint Garden. Visit the Cape Town
Stadium nearby. Explore an assortment of Espresso bars, Italian
restaurants, Cafes and Boutiques lining the Main Road and Sea Point
Promenade.
The Space:
This space effortlessly blends style with comfort, offering ideal
living. The stunning open-plan living area includes a fully equipped
kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a dining table with
seating for two. It also consists of a cosy lounge, ideal for unwinding
and watching your favourite movies or Netflix shows on the flat-screen
TV while relaxing on the comfortable designer couch. Step out onto the
balcony and enjoy a breath of fresh air and views as you enjoy a
morning espresso.
After a day out in the city, retreat to the bedroom area with shutters
for added privacy and features a plush Double bed and an ensuite
bathroom with a freestanding shower.
