The apart hotel is equipped with Minut Noise sensors in common areas to maintain respectful noise levels for neighbors and other guests. Quiet hours (outdoors) are from 10PM to 8AM. No recording.

The home is monitored by a security company 24/7. There are cameras on the outside perimeter of the home (no filming inside or on guest accessed areas).



Private residence inside a the Ocean Park gated community. The pedestrian access to the streets are locked after 8PM and the only access is through the beach or the security guard.



Uber and private tour buses can pick guests right in front of the home. The property is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the jogging and tennis park on the Ultimo Trolley park.



Guests can access their own private suite and all common spaces in the aparthotel.
