This spacious and beautifully presented home sleeps up to 9 guests across four bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups looking for space, style and serenity.

Main Bedroom â King bed for the ultimate in comfort.
Bedroom 2 â Queen bed.
Loft Bedroom (upstairs) â Queen bed with treetop views.
Kids Bunk Room â 2 x king single bunks + 1 single bed â perfect for little adventurers.

Two well appointed bathrooms.
Living & Dining:
Step through the front of the house and be welcomed by a stunning open plan kitchen, dining, and living area. This space flows beautifully onto the leafy backyard and a dreamy patio area â ideal for long summer lunches or evening BBQs under the stars. A wood burning fireplace adds warmth and ambience during the cooler months. There is a cosy second living area for watching TV and relaxing.

Fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer and the all important second fridge.
Outdoors:
The backyard is a lush, green sanctuary framed by tall, beautiful trees â the perfect backdrop for morning coffees, quiet reading nooks, or a nap in the shade. Thereâs a BBQ and outdoor seating to make the most of Mossy Pointâs magical coastal climate.
