Over 1,900 luxurious square feet awaits you in this extended Winslow Courtyard Villa in the Alden Bungalows. Numerous restaurants, shopping, live music and dancing, and a weekly farmer's market is only a six minute walk or a two minute golf car ride away in Brownwood Paddock Square. This stunning home boasts three bedrooms, two baths, and a two car garage.
Smoke-free and pet friendly. Rent long term or by the month. Utilities include: electric (if less than $200 allowance), Cable TV, wireless high speed INTERNET, local, nationwide long distance phone service free of charge, trash removal, lawn care, pest control, garage door openers, and gate passes.
Beat the heat inside with central AC and ceiling fans, as you're surrounded by granite counter-tops throughout, handsome maple cabinetry, elegant tray ceilings, and both carpeted and ceramic tile flooring.
Feel like staying in tonight? Our open kitchen is fully equipped with a state of the art electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, double bowl sink, and virtually any small appliance you would need: coffeemaker, toaster, blender, electric tea kettle, etc. The living room is fully-furnished with two genuine leather couches, 46'' LCD television, and cable.
The master bedroom comes complete with a king size bed, matching dresser with mirror and night stands, smart television mounted on the wall, spacious walk-in closet, and an attached master bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, and matching dresser with mirror and night strands. The third bedroom also has a queen-sized bed with matching furniture.
Electric washer and dryer are provided in a separate laundry room (not in the garage like other villas). All linens and towels are provided. A new gas golf cart is included (a savings of over $400 if rented from The Villages). Pack your clothes and golf clubs, and you're good to go.
There are now at least 36 executive courses that you can play for free, and 12 championship courses available at reduced rates with your temporary resident ID pass.
Shuttle service is available from Orlando International airport on a daily basis at a reasonable rate.
You could not ask for a more ideal location. The Grand Traverse Plaza is a six minute walk or two minute golf car ride away and houses a new Publix grocery store. You can ride the golf cart to the middle of Brownwood square in two minutes or walk in seven minutes. The Florida Turnpike is a 10 minute drive and Route 75 is an additional four minutes away.

Tom and Jungsil Cusimano originally hail from Upstate New York. We moved to Florida in 2013 when Jungsil took a position as a physician with The Villages Health. Although we have moved to Tampa, we still have many great friends in The Villages and purchased this brand new Villa in August 2020 because we wanted to maintain a connection here. We have furnished this home as our own and believe that the combination of luxury and location will maximize your experience while here in The Villages. Varför värden valde detta boende
When we lived in The Villages, we loved everything about Brownwood, especially the Farmers' Market every Saturday morning. When it came time to purchase another home, we knew it had to be close to Brownwood and all of the new Villages being developed south of Route 44.
