Wake to ocean views and unwind at your private beachfront perch in this stylish Glenelg North apartment. With a smart, open layout, air conditioning, a full kitchen, BBQ courtyard, and secure garage, it's ideal for couples, families or business stays. Located just a ten-minute walk to Glenelg Jetty, Moseley Square and Marina Pier, with beach paths, cafés and shops at your doorstep.

Positioned directly opposite the beach, this modern upper-level apartment offers a refreshing blend of relaxed coastal living and contemporary comfort. Enter via a smart lock into a bright, open-plan space where full-height glass doors frame sweeping sea views. The living area includes a plush curved lounge, accent chairs, a large flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and soothing decor — an ideal spot to wind down after a day by the water.

The adjoining dining area seats four, with the fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, NutriBullet, and all cookware essentials. Whether you're whipping up a full meal or just a beach picnic, everything is within reach.

The main bedroom is a coastal haven with a queen-sized bed, two bedside tables, built-in wardrobes, a sitting nook, and its own laundry area discreetly tucked inside the wardrobe. The second bedroom features two single beds, a full-length mirror, and plenty of storage. The newly renovated bathroom is sleek and functional with a large walk-in shower, stylish tiles, vanity, and a separate toilet for added convenience.

Ducted air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included for year-round comfort, while the outdoor bar-style table at the entrance is a highlight — a perfect perch for morning coffee or evening drinks with an ocean breeze.

Step outside to your private courtyard where you’ll find a BBQ, seating area, and access to the secure garage below — perfect for coming and going with ease. Street parking may also be available for extra vehicles.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire upper-level apartment to yourselves. Please make yourself at home!

Walk ten minutes to Jetty Road for cafĂ©s, shops and local favourites like The Moseley Bar & Kitchen or the Broadway Kiosk. Stroll to Marina Pier for waterfront dining at Sammy’s or Ellenika. Enjoy paddleboarding at the Patawalonga or catch the tram into Adelaide CBD. Everything from sunset swims to sunset cocktails is just steps away.

Parking: There is a parking spot in the garage and another on the driveway. Street parking is also available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Airport: 8 minutes by car.

Public transport: A 6-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
