Welcome to our gorgeous cottage â the perfect home-away-from-home for short or extended stays! Tucked away in a peaceful, character-filled neighborhood, this cozy retreat offers both privacy and convenience. Just a stoneâs throw from the hospital, itâs ideal for medical professionals, visiting families, or anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay.

You'll be perfectly positioned close to Wellington Hospital, the airport, and the CBD, with easy access to public transport or secure internal garage parking. Enjoy a scenic hike up Mount Victoria or a relaxing stroll down to the seasideâeverything Wellington has to offer is right at your doorstep.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Our family bought this land in the 1990s and built a villa that feels like itâs always belonged here. Inspired by the character of the street, we reused doors and windows salvaged from a historic nursing home to give the home an authentic feelâwhile designing a warm, modern space full of charm and clever touches. I lived just two streets away and fell in love with this suburbâs energy, its tight-knit community, and how close it is to everything.
