Nestled between the beach and the estuary, this home offers the best of both worlds: sunrises over the ocean, magical sunsets across the harbor, and the soothing sound of waves to lull you to sleep at night.

Inside, enjoy the elevated open-plan living and dining area with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, complete with a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings. The kitchen, while the last space awaiting renovation, remains fully functional and comfortable for your holiday cooking needs.

There are four bedrooms — one conveniently located downstairs and three upstairs — plus two bathrooms and two laundry areas to make longer stays a breeze.
The downstairs area is your own separate space including a full bathroom, laundry, mini fridge and sink.

Step outside to the large deck overlooking the estuary — the ideal spot for alfresco dining, sunset drinks, or stargazing under the clear night sky. The fully fenced yard is great for kids, and the outdoor hot and cold-water bath and shower add a fun and luxurious touch after a beach day.

With ample parking, beach access just a few doors down, and the harbor estuary right across the road, outdoor adventures are always within reach. Watch the sunrise with your morning coffee on the beach and end each day with the most breathtaking sunsets from your private deck.

The popular Monty's cafe is only a 10-minute walk from the property, offering great coffee and food. The local dairy also has some supplies with great fish n chips if you feel like taking a night off from cooking.

Pukehina Beach is only a 40-minute drive from Tauranga and 20 minutes from Papamoa, 2 hours from Hamilton. Not far to travel to enjoy a weekend getaway to reset and relax.

Well located for the local wedding venues at the Pukehina Estuary events (only a few minutes' walk away) and the Old Forest School venue.
