Great Place

We loved the place and location! Our family enjoyed our week stay! We had an issue with the front door knob, contacted the owner and he was out to the property in a couple hours and had it fixed the next day! Our family was very pleased and highly recommend staying there! Thank You!

Great Location

Check in was smooth with no problems. Owner left a welcome package which was great. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach. And easy to get to the restaurants in Murrells Inlet. Beach house had everything we needed. Very helpful was the washer/dryer.

October Vacation

Our family really enjoyed the property. It had everything we needed. It was so close to the beach and having the pool outside your door was such a plus. Another great stay!!

My wife and I spent the last week relaxing at this beach house. The house is well maintained, generously appointed and contains all the necessities to make your vacation enjoyable. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the front porch in the great wooden rockers! Although you are just across the street from the beach, the house and the neighborhood are exceptionally quiet. No problem finding a parking space here as there is plenty of parking just for you underneath the house. Best of all it is covered from those afternoon thunderstorms. We can't wait to return next year for a 3rd season.

Overall okay. Property clean well kept good location. Do not recommend if you like to sleep at night due to neighbors swimming in community pool right beside house most of the night. Only one comfortable bed. Other beds and couches are ok for kids not for teenagers. However did appreciate being able to bring fur baby.

A great stay at 104 G Sunset Dr. Garden City Beach!!

My wife and I had a great stay in 104 G Sunset Dr. during the week of 8/7 - 8/14/10. The house is very nicely decorated in a "beach" theme and has lots of comfortable furnishings. The kitchen has updated appliances and was fully equipped with cookware and utensils. You can see the ocean both from the den and the second bedroom!! We especially enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch for enjoying the early morning and evening ocean breezes. The very nice community pool is just in front of the house and the beach is less than a one minute walk across the street. Thanks Stewart for letting us rent your beach home!

104G Sunset Square

Stewart was awesome! Our keys and contract fell out of the folder we had it in and did not discover until right before check in! This after a two day, 16 hour trip from FL. Stewart met us at the house and gave us 2 keys and then wrote down needed info about the house. Best ever customer service. The house was perfect for our needs and our dogs did great. Of course, it was spring break week and being right on the main road was QUITE noisy. However, things usually quieted down by 11 at night. We would stay here again but won't need to as we are buying a house in Conway but would recommend to anyone wanting a smaller house within quick distance to anything you could possible want.

Location, Location, Location

This was the perfect location for people who want a pool and ocean option. We had 6 people total (4 adults and 2 kids) which I think was the perfect amount for the size of the house. Check-in was easy and everything we needed was conveniently close. Only thing I wish there was is baking/cookie sheets because we cook most of our vacation as opposed to going out. But we were close enough to just get some disposable ones so not a huge deal!

Week at the beach....

Overall a great experience. The communication with the owner and check in were smooth and easy. House is a perfect beach house and in a great location. It is a little older and could use some tlc but everyrhing was clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice 0lace to stay.

Family Friends Getaway

The property was in a perfect location and was so comfortable for the 5 of us that stayed ! The home being right next a pool was such a nice feature and we had a great time. The home was also so close to the beach and just walking distance from the pier which was so nice! Had a great stay and Stewart gave us great specific directions !

Worst Experience

Do not rent this property. The place was dirty when we walked in, all the pans and pots and cooking supplies were ancient, the blinds are nearly impossible to open so you really dont get any views. The ocean view from the second bedroom is actually a building. Not good for a family especially not enough room. Owner does not give any help when you call him. Advertises washing machine and dryer but the washing machine does not work. When i called the answer i got was just dont use it. He offered to reimburse for a laundry mat but i was on vacation why would i want to go to a laundry mat every single time my towels got wet and sandy from the beach? Dont advertise what you cannot provide. The plumbing screeches, the shower in the hall only hits your neck, and the railing is rickety. Also claims 3 televisions, and cable but i could not get the living room cable to change off of fox news. Horrible experience will never do that again. The owner will clap back to this i am sure but please dont listen to him. I paid a cleaning fee, a linen fee, and an insurance fee and he still tried to charge me extra.
