Nestled in the exclusive gated community of âBeachsideâ, this stunning contemporary home is a sanctuary of elegance and relaxation. The multiple living areas, styled by one of Australiaâs leading interior designers, flow seamlessly into the outdoors, offering a private pool, heated spa and alfresco kitchen/dining. With direct access to beautiful Yaroomba beach, this property has offerings in abundance!

The space
Across two expansive levels, this contemporary beachside home is the perfect blend of modern luxury and laid-back coastal living. The open-plan areas are flooded with natural light and the high ceilings offer an airy and spacious feel.
The expansive entry greets you like open arms and will have you unwinding in no time!
KITCHEN & DINING
The well appointed kitchen offers sleek minimalist style, making it a joy to cook and entertain.
Equipped with Miele appliances, including a built in coffee machine, oven, induction hot plates, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a family size fridge/freezer - all the comforts of your own home.
An open plan dinning area adjoins the kitchen and flows outdoors to a 10 seater dining table and BBQ area. A side deck with bar table and chairs temps you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.
LIVING AREAS
This large home offers 3 internal living areas. A quaint lounge equipped with gas fire place offers a relaxed nook in the evenings, whilst a second lounge overlooking the pool offers a sunny spot during the day with a 55" Smart TV, DVD player and streaming capabilities.
A modest media room overlooking a front water feature offers a 100" projector screen and surround sound to watch your favourite movies, or play a selection of games on the Xbox 360.
Glass timber bi-fold doors open from the dining and lounge areas to create an uninterrupted space where the outdoor and indoor living areas become one.
There is a selection of outdoor seating to suit all needs!
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home offers an abundance of sleeping arrangements. There are 4 bedrooms in total - 3 on the upper level and a guest suite on the ground.
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, private balcony overlooking the lush garden and pool, 39" TV with Chrome Cast and a luxurious ensuite including a free standing bath tub and large separate shower.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) offers a comfortable queen bed with a desk and shares a family bathroom and separate toilet with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs) has 2 king single beds with trundles and shares a balcony with the office. Please note: the trundle beds are suitable for children only. If you would like the trundle beds made up (to sleep 10 in total) this will need to be booked in prior to your arrival date. Extra costs for these 2 beds will be discussed with you.
Bedroom 4 (ground level) offers a comfortable queen bed with ensuite, 39" TV with Telstra TV and direct access to the pool.
There is also a separate powder room on the ground level.
HOME OFFICE
If you are needing somewhere to sit quietly and work or study, this home offers a dedicated work space with full length desk, internet and printer. This lovely office has an adjoining balcony with seating overlooking the street.

Little things to make your stay more enjoyable:
- All beds will be made prior to your arrival.
- Clean towels will be provided for all guests including beach towels.
- Amenity starter pack consisting of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and toilet rolls are provided.
- Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen cloths, paper towel, laundry wash, tea, coffee, sugar and UHT milk are there to get you started.
- Salt, pepper and cooking oil is provided.
Notes on services:
- We do not provide baby/toddler safety gates.
- We can provide a porta cot (with linen) and high chair for $25 each per stay. Please let us know if you require this service.
- We provide beach towels, however we do not provide beach umbrellas or snorkelling equipment.
- At present, we do not offer late check-out options. Our check out time is 10am. If you require a later departure, we kindly suggest booking an additional night.
- For security purposes, we are unable to receive or store unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out.
