Cleverly designed featuring two cozy mezzanine bedrooms, a modern bathroom and well-equipped kitchen, a private courtyard with louvre roof â perfect for all-weather relaxing, from sunny brunches to wine under the stars.
Laid-back vibes, natural light, and everything you need for a restful, recharging escape. Whether youâre surfing, climbing the Mount, or cafĂ©-hopping your way through the day, youâll love coming home to this little retreat.

This property is on the front of a section with another house on the rear. No parking in the driveway.

Therefore it is not suitable for those with mobility impairments and not recommended for independently mobile children under the age of 4 due to a falls risk. Renters use at their own risk and the management company nor the landlord take responsibility for any accidents*
