Brimming with casual coastal elegance the multi-level open concept spacious floor plan has an awesome state-of-the-art kitchen plus high end stainless appliances including dishwasher, microwave, elevator, multiple luxury master baths you must experience to appreciate, dual-zone air conditioning, washer/ dryer, 6 TVs with high speed internet access for streaming and WiFi. Amazing open roof top deck invites you to sit and enjoy the ocean breezes or you can enjoy your morning coffee on any of the 4 cozy balconies. Double outside showers to rinse off the beach sand before heading indoors for an evening BBQ cooked on the Gas Grill. Just the perfect summer beach house with plenty of space to spread out where you will be sure to make special family beach vacation memories! ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! NO EVENTS!
