This charming 1-bedroom apartment is located in a beautiful complex in Fortitude Valley, a riverside suburb of Brisbane, just 3km from the Brisbane CBD and a 12-minute drive from the airport. Immerse yourself in the apartmentâs unique history, as itâs named after one of the newspapers once printed within the very walls of this heritage building. Please note, key pick-up is at a different location, just an 8-minute drive from the property.

This apartment is located in a beautiful complex featuring a lap pool. Step outside and explore the vibrant Fortitude Valley and Newstead suburbs, with an array of restaurants and shops just across the street.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guestâs responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
