Ideally positioned just minutes from St Leonards Golf Club, the historic pier and boat ramp, and the charming town centre, Seabreeze St Leonards offers a true coastal lifestyle. Guests can explore award-winning Bellarine wineries including Jack Rabbit, Terindah Estate, Scotchmanâs Hill, and Bellarine Estate, all within a short drive. The property is also perfectly placed for fishing, boating, and enjoying the Bellarineâs renowned food and wine scene.
