Located in The Junction, you're just steps from Dundas Westâs buzzing food scene, indie shops, art galleries, and legendary local pubsânot to mention a short stroll to the trails and greenery of High Park.
Inside, the open-concept main floor is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a modern living room with a 55" Samsung QLED Smart TVâideal for movie nights after a day of exploring or working.
Upstairs, youâll find three beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and premium linens. With two full bathrooms (one on each level), thereâs plenty of space and privacy for everyone.
The entire unit is private and for your use & comfort. We can get you paid parking upon request.

By bus/subway: The #40 bus runs frequently from Dundas West subway station. It takes 5-7 minutes and stops across the street. Get off at Indian Grove (look for Mabel's Bakery with the purple awning).
By train: The Union-Pearson Express/GO Train Bloor Station is an easy 10min drive from our house or 5 minute Uber/Lyft, with rapid connections to Pearson and Union Station every 15min.
By bike: Biking is our preferred way to get around the city and we highly encourage our guests to give it a try! The nearby West Toronto Railpath provides a paved, car-free connection to Parkdale, Little Italy, and other west end neighbourhoods. There are several local bike shops that can arrange for rentals, as well as a city bike share program.
*There is 1 paid parking available directly with us and there are several paid parking options nearby:
- Green P Parking Lot 18 - 6 mins walk- open 24 hours - 10-20 CAD a day
- 3-39 Edna Ave Parking - 4 mins drive - open 24 hours - 10-20 CAD a da
*There is also a secured underground parking garage available at 20-30 dollars a day within 9 minutes drive from the building at Corso Italia Parking Garage at 91 Via Italia that opens 24 hours.

âPlease do not drag luggage to avoid ruining the hardwood floor

âMax number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
