With 5x bedrooms, 3x bathrooms, decks on both levels and located within a 5 minute walk to the beach.
With no expense spared on comfort and quality, the layout of the home easily accommodates multiple families. With smart TV"s on both levels, lower level with arcade console, dining table which seats 12, plus outdoor table with beach views and rear outdoor area for late night entertaining or sitting around the firepit in the private setting.
Creature comforts include the slow combustion wood burning fireplace, split system A/C and ceiling fans throughout. The designer kitchen comes stocked with all you will need to cook up a feast for the masses and is well positioned to connect both indoor and outdoor dining.
