Nestled right on the banks of the beautiful Ovens River, this spacious older home offers a rare opportunity to enjoy the peaceful lifestyle Harrietville is known for.
Short walk to town â close to cafes, trails, local hotels, and all that Harrietville has to offer
Perfect for those seeking a quiet retreat, a base for outdoor adventures, or simply a comfortable place to call home.
4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms â plenty of room for families or groups.
Fully equipped kitchen â includes a 900mm cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer
8 seater dining setting.
Lounge area has a 3 and 2 seater couch, smart tv, dvd player and wood fire and reverse cycle.
Bedding configuration as follows.
Bedroom 1 has tri bunk, small wardrobe and tv with dvd player. Please note the tv will not show free to air channels only works with dvd player.
Bedroom 2 has double bed, tv, side tables, small wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has double bed, side table, small wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 has Queen bed, walk in robe, wing chair, reverse cycle, ensuite with shower and toilet.
Main bathroom has shower, toilet, bathtub and vanity.
Laundry has washing machine, vacuum, iron and board.
There is also an outdoor sunroom which has 12 seater outdoor setting, wine storage and smaller gas mate electric bbq.
Outside you will also have access to two carports.
Wi-Fi: Whilst we do anticipate Wi-Fi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wi-Fi availability is dependent on the network provider.
