Beautiful beach condo at Sugar Beach Condominiums. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 6 adults. Upgraded kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. Upgraded vanities and granite countertops in primary & guest bathrooms. Queen beds with allergy and bed bug covers in primary and guest bedrooms. Leather sleeper sofa with allergy and bed bug cover. Smart TV and Blu-ray in living room. Flat screen TV’s and DVD’s in both bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Pack 'N Play. Washer & dryer, iron & iron board, hair dryer and beach supplies available for guests. 2 elevators and multiple staircases available to gain quick access to our first-floor unit. 3 pools (one pool heated during cooler months), 1 kiddie pool and many poolside lounge chairs for your convenience. Snack shop (seasonal) with all kinds of snacks, light meals, cold drinks, and adult beverages. Tennis court, shuffleboard, poolside restrooms, security guards, BBQ grilling area and picnic tables.

Covered parking. Please note that vehicle parking pass is required. Maximum 2 vehicle parking passes per visit. Purchase parking pass at guard gate upon arrival: $35 cash or $36.05 credit card per vehicle. ATM is located across the street.

4th Weekend Beach Stay & Concert.

Great stay! Sugar Beach was perfect for our needs. Loved the easy beach access, convenient location to dining, and the Wharf. We came specifically to see a show at the Amphitheater- so it was ideal. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella offered. Only recommendation would be to offer beach towels, in addition to regular towels. Our first time to Orange Beach! Looking forward to returning soon. Thank you!!!

Budget friendly condo

The condo was in a great location—just a short walk to the beach and very close to the pools, which was super convenient for our trip. The space itself was clean and had what we needed for a short stay. That said, it was a bit noisy at night, which made it tough to wind down with kids, and the beds seems a bit outdated and uncomfortable. If those things were improved, it would be a much more relaxing experience overall.

Nice, clean condo

Very nice condo, but one elevator was down when we got there then the other one went down. I was with my 83 year-old mother and neither one of us could do the stairs very well. made it very hard.

our experience

The room was great. The main property had an elevator that was out of order, which was backed up at times, and we had our mother-in-law with us, who was in a wheelchair. It made us worry a little about her safety if there was an incident with the other elevator not working.

Perfect condo for us

I brought my two sons to the beach and this was the perfect place for us. Two bedrooms and a pullout couch so we each had a bed. Full kitchen and nice balcony. Right on the beach, plus a heated pool. Really enjoyed our time.

Family Vacation

Sugar Beach has everything you need. 3 adult pools and one kiddie, snack bar that serves adult drinks and kid drinks, and easy close beach access. The facility is older and could use a few improvements but it's still pretty nice for the price. As far as the condo, it was really nice. It met all our needs including some umbrellas and beach chairs to borrow. This is a 1st floor unit that is very close to the back elevator and 2 stairwells. Id definitely stay in this unit again. The owners are very nice people and easy to communicate with too.

We loved our stay at this condo. Condo was very clean and organized. The pictures provided matched condo exactly. A/C worked great. The entire condominium was very nice and clean. The beach access from the condo was amazing and it was a very short walk. We loved staying here and plan to book here again in the future!

The only negative on our stay was the description did not mention the construction next door!!!! The workers started at 7am everyday including Saturday. No sleeping in on this vacation... ughhhhb

First visit

Stayed here on our first trip to Orange Beach. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Our favorite part was we could walk across the road and be on a walking/biking trail in about 5 minutes. A couple of minutes to get on the beach.

The condo was great! It was exactly as stated in the listing. We loved it and would stay here again. The complex could use some sprucing up. And it would be nice if they put up signs letting customers know the pools are closing early.
