The space
KEYLESS EXPERIENCE: Our unit features keyless access with a unique pin code. That way there is no key to share and nothing to lose.
BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is 14 which is a four-minute (half block) walk to the beach.
DOES THE UNIT HAVE STAIRS: The condo is conveniently located on the ground floor, directly in front of the assigned parking spaces.
PARKING: There are two assigned parking spaces (front to back) available for use. Please use the spaces to the far left and directly in front of unit 1. Tents, campers, and RVs are not permitted. Two cars maximum at all times.
POOL: A small pool shared with three other units is located behind the building. The pool is accessed through the side gate located on the right side of the building. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
WASHER AND DRYER: Enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer in the unit, complete with laundry supplies.
DINING ROOM: Provided is a dining table with seating for six (four chairs and a bench seat for two). There is also a bar top with seating for two.
LIVING ROOM: The living room contains a large flat screen TV and two couches, one of which has a sleeper sofa. Please note that the sleeper sofa is more suitable for kids than adults. The size is in between a full and a twin.
BEDROOMS: The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, dresser, and a large comfy chair. The guest bedroom has a full and a twin bed, flat screen TV, and dresser. Full length mirrors are located on the back of each bedroom door.
BATHROOMS - We provide a starter pack of toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, soap, make-up remover and toilet paper. There is also a hair dryer in each bathroom along with bath towels and wash cloths. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a built-in tile seat. The guest bathroom has a shower with bathtub.
KITCHEN - We provide pots, pans, cookware and cooking utensils, dinnerware, glasses, wine glasses, some plastic to go cups, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, pitcher, blender, toaster, and even an ice cream maker! A starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, coffee pods, creamer, sweetener and various spices is included. We do not enable the icemaker because of sanitary issues but there are ice trays in the freezer. There is also a dishwasher and dishwasher pods for your convenience.
CLOSET - Extra blankets, three beach towels, and hangers can be found in each closet. You will find an iron, ironing board, and linens for the sleeper sofa in the master walk-in closet.
OUTSIDE - There's usually a large supply of beach toys under the front steps. Anything left under the front steps as well as the BBQ and furniture around the pool is shared by the four units on a first come first serve basis.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no party and no spring break policy. We strictly monitor compliance with our rental policies and respond promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us immediately so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.
OCCUPANCY - This unit is set up to accommodate a limited number of persons. Maximum occupancy shall not exceed six people AT ANY TIME. If you have friends or family visiting in excess of the allowed number of persons, they need to secure their own accommodations. The fine for exceeding the occupancy is $500.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
QUIET TIME: Please be mindful of the neighbors during the night and when using the pool.
PETS: This property does allow two dogs maximum with a non-refundable pet fee of $75.00 per dog. Dogs may not be left alone to bark.
STARTER PACK: We provide a STARTER pack of toiletries as well as trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, scrubber, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, creamer, sugar, and artificial sweetener.
