The Space
Designed with light, space, and comfort in mind, our home is a haven of modern coastal living. The heart of the house is the vast, open-plan living area, where expansive windows ensure the breathtaking view is your constant companion.
Expansive Living: Relax on the plush sofa for a movie night on the large smart TV, or simply get lost in the ever-changing colours of the bay.
Gourmet Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is a delight, featuring modern appliances and essential food staples. It's perfect for crafting everything from a simple breakfast to a gourmet dinner. Adjacent, a dedicated cocktail station invites you to get creative.
Restful Bedrooms:
The master bedroom boasts an opulent King bed, promising a deep and restorative sleep.
The second bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed and its own TV for private relaxation.
Modern Bathrooms: A sparkling full bathroom (with toilet) and the convenience of an additional, separate toilet mean no morning queues.

We created this beach house as our personal escape from a busy life in Auckland, and we've designed it to be the ultimate place to relax and unwind. The name itself, 'Casa Playa de los Osos' (Beach House of the Bears), is a tribute to our nickname and the fun, personal touches you'll find throughout the home, including our collection of bear art.
Our favourite part of this property is the incredible sea view from the deck. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail while watching the boats pass by. It is this exact feeling of tranquil escape that we want to share with our guests.
We've put our hearts into making this a truly special destination and we hope you create lasting memories at our beloved beach house."
