This absolutely stunning condo is truly one of a kind! 75ft from jumping in the ocean. Fish right out of your back door! Stunning water views from every window! It has a large, fully modernized and equipped kitchen with lovely cabinets and updated appliances-including a dishwasher and washer and dryer. This home has gleaming hardwood floor throughout the first floor. It also features two large, second floor, bedrooms which each walk out onto a private deck overlooking the ocean! The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom featuring a large jetted tub/shower combo, equipped with a swinging glass door. The master has a king size bed with a new pillow top Sealy mattress and a sleeper chair. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. The bathrooms have neutral ceramic tile floors and are bright and white! The kitchen is also bright and white and extremely spacious with many cupboards and oodles of counter space for cooking up a storm! Granite countertop, modern appliances including a dishwasher and ice maker. A farmers sink and modern ceramic floors are two more luxurious touches. There is also counter seating - great for kids having a quick breakfast. There is a large dining area with a large table & six chairs. The main living area is open concept with a spacious living room with a modern fireplace. The living room walks out onto a private deck. We are currently rebuilding the dunes. You can enjoy the view of the sand and sea from the deck but all beach area is accessed through the common breezeway. Beach is not accessible from the bottom deck. There is a barbecue outside on the back deck and also a storage seat full of beach toys. Fabulous "eco friendly" Adirondack chairs to enjoy the sun and sunset! Enjoy daytime beach activities and moonlight walks! We have beach chairs, umbrella and beach matts that you are welcome to use.

Great Stay in Truro!

Our second stay in the area! Nancy is a great host and the location can't be beat. Beautiful views, close to the incredible beaches, PTown, Wellfleet. We love it.

Beachside Getaway

We loved staying at this lovely place and it’s breathtaking views of the Cape Cod Bay and P-town. We enjoyed the back deck and beach, swimming, long walks on the beach, and heading over of to Provincetown and Wellfleet for great food, drinks, and shopping. Nancy was very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend this beachside getaway!

Great place!

Place was very clean, location was perfect. Kitchen was organized and well-equipped. A little wear and tear on sliding door screen, throw pillows, etc., and there were a few windows without screens. We loved sitting on the porch with our coffee in the morning! The bedding and bathroom towels could use an upgrade, but we loved our stay.

Sisters Getaway in Cape Cod

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo was even better than the pictures and the location was perfect. Our patio was directly on the beach and only steps away from the water. There is nothing quite so relaxing as falling asleep to the sounds of waves hitting the sand! Also North Truro was a perfect location. We were just about 10mins from P-town and took advantage of all the great shops and restaurants there. But we were still far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness of our quiet little beach. My sister and I highly recommend this VRBO!!

We had a wonderful week. Nancy was a great host and her home was clean, with wonderful views of the bay and fully equipped. We loved being so close to Provincetown and spending time on either deck relaxing and hearing the water at night. Can't wait to return to this paradise . Thank you Nancy !

Picturesque spot

Nancy’s place was so wonderful for myself, my husband, and our 3 year old. It was a perfect setup for families with young kids, and we had everything we needed. The views and beach access absolutely couldn’t be beat and we loved the Truro location, so accessible to all of the towns on the cape. Couldn’t have loved it more!

Beautiful view and so close to Ptown!

We had a great stay at Lobster Lookout! The direct access to the beach and view were truly stunning. The beds were also very comfortable. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with supplies and well labeled. It would have been nice to have more supplies available in the bathrooms, such as shampoo/conditioner/body wash (you have to completely bring your own currently). Additionally, we weren't aware of the check-out list ahead of time and found it extensive and a bit excessive for guests, particularly since we had to leave so early in the morning. It felt like guests were responsible for keeping the home clean and that it could have been more deep cleaned by hired cleaners. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, particularly having such a relaxing beach stay but still being within less than 10 minutes of Provincetown.

Nice place but updated beach photos needed

The unit is nice and has everything you need for your vacation.. Communication with Nancy was excellent and she promptly got back to us when we had problems with the air conditioner and helped us fix it. All in all we had a nice week. However, the first picture with the orange kayak facing the ocean is outdated and inaccurate. The rest of the pictures show some fencing but do not clearly show that there is a higher fence over the original low fence directly in front of the unit. You cannot access the beach directly in front of the unit. There is a fence running across the beach front of all the condos with one beach access point in the middle. This needs to be made clear in the listing. Folks in other condo units were told that they had to walk around the outside of the building (parking lot side) and through the central corridor to access the beach. In reality this makes no sense and no one followed this rule. We were not told of this rule by Nancy. We were in unit two. In units one and three there was a big family reunion and so there was a lot of foot traffic on the sand in front of our condo and a lot of large social gatherings outside of unit 3. We walked through their party to get to the beach which was a little awkward at first. We got to know them and our kids had a nice time playing together. . There should be clear rules and expectations about beach access and also noise and quiet hours posted around the community and in the binder of the unit. We did not mention any of this Nancy because by the time we had connected with her we had resolved any issues and made the most of the situation. We have rented many other places and the checkout requirements seemed excessive but we did our best. We were asked to wash, dry and fold every towel we used and also to wash and put away every dish. Despite some challenges we still had a nice stay.

North Truro condo

This location was perfect for us. We were close to Provincetown, Truro and Wellfleet but we spent most of our time on the beach out front because it was so beautiful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Perfect girls weekend

Walking into this condo we instantly saw such a picture perfect view of the beach. Even upstairs from each bedroom the view was amazing. To be able to sit and have coffee and step right out onto the sand. We played board/card games at night listening to the waves! The condo was beautifully decorated, spotless, the owner was friendly and easy to contact. The condo had everything we needed bed sheets, pillows, fans in each room, towels, all the kitchen items you need. We will be back for sure! Thanks for a great weekend and wonderful memories!

Quiet, relaxing, and RIGHT by the ocean!!!

I’ll be back again and again! The property was clean, quiet, had everything we needed, and you can’t beat the location! The only thing I’d change would be blackout curtains in the bedroom, but otherwise we love the brightness of the place, and we loved being able to hear the ocean while relaxing! Unbelievable View

This property is right on the beach, as advertised. It's really quite amazing to have the water right outside your door. The views are stunning. You can walk on the beach for MILES just by turning right or left outside the living room sliding glass doors! I very much appreciated that the property owner promptly responded to -- and was able to grant -- our request for an early check-in given our travel plans. We were at the property when a nor'easter hit. While the property owner certainly can't control the weather, we were disappointed that despite the fact that the property lost both electric and cell service for more than 24 hours, requiring that we leave, the property owner would not consider any form of refund. We were aware the rental agreement says that refunds will not be provided. Seems there's a difference between a traveler needing to cancel, however, and the property being without power/heat/refrigeration/etc. Regardless, we had purchased insurance and suggest other renters do the same.

Great location and lovely beach home

We were thrilled with location - on beach, yet also so close to Provincetown and other amazing beaches. House is bright, spacious and has great layout… very beachy. Off season for us was a perfect time for a nice quiet visit.

Second Time Visit

This was our second time renting this condo. It’s just pure bliss. We love the location and space - its more than enough room for 4 adults and a wild toddler. The kitchen is well equipped and the property manager was always very responsive to my messages. We hope to be back again next year!

It was a lovely stay. The house was centrally located to the fun and quiet. The best of both worlds. Parking was easy. The check in process was pleasant too. Nancy was a super hostess from the start. We have been visiting North Truro for over 30 years on a yearly basis. It is our favorite vacation spot. Our daughters have grew up visiting North Truro and Provincetown. We waited patiently for the right home to purchase. As luck would have it, during our last visit, this gem was listed and we jumped at the chance to live our dream. Our patience paid off and we can now truly call this beautiful area our second home.

We bought in Truro because...well it's just our favorite place to be! We love the sun, the sand, the rolling waves and abundant wildlife of this area. There are amazing parks and incredible dunes like nowhere else. The is the only part of the east coast where you can watch the sun set over the ocean. Come back during the different seasons and follow the sun set at various points over the ocean. And oh what spectacular sunsets they are!!

There are so many activities to do here all year round. We actually enjoy off season the best - especially when a storm comes up. So much fun to watch from the cozy living room.

You just can't beat the fun of P-town minutes away. Filled with unique stores, culture, art galleries, exceptional restaurants and so much more! The people there are exceptionally friendly!
