When we arrive check in was nice an easy the location was great the house was more than enough room the pool an basketball court was great all around nice stay

Good but not great

Overall, the experience was good. However there are some things that could be better in the future. -We have a 5 year old who takes baths every night, however there are no bathtubs in the house. -the shower in the master is huge but pointless because a little shower head does not reach the entire area which leaves you cold. Then you have to walk to go get the shampoo and body wash. -TV in the master was cracked and unusable. -No pictures are shown of the 3rd bedroom. -when I contacted the company to ask about the 3rd bedroom (because we did need it) they told me it was only a 2 bedroom and would not accommodate us needing a 3 bedroom. Considering it was a week before leaving to Florida, prices were way more expensive than it was originally. Thankfully, they found out it was actually a 3 bedroom (just not shown) but they were very rude on helping when they thought it was only a 2 bedroom even though we paid for a 3 bedroom. -The 3rd bedroom was also locked so we had trouble getting to that room. -nothing on here list where the beach access was located. We walked for a while before finding the correct area to enter the code for the beach. -The listing says 1 parking spot, but that is not the case considering we have the entire drive way AND if the house is meant for 10 people then 1 vehicle is unreasonable. -The house has nest thermostats and each one is reset multiple times daily to 75 automatically. Not a major complaint but really annoying. -Some of the patio furniture (bench and lounge chair) were completely broken and rusted. -Grill out back was falling apart and had no propane.

Very spacious but dirty

I love how much room my family and I had but the house itself was dirty and needs some love. The floors turned our feet black with ten minutes of being there. There was trash and hair behind the living room side table and the AC vents had so much dust on them I had to get a broom.

The best vacation house we ever had.

This house is beautiful from the outside in. There is three spacious levels with a total of 3 bedroom, 4 baths and 2 kitchens. The decor throughout the house was beautiful and the kitchen was equipped with everything possible. The community pool was a nice size. The beach was a small walk away from the house. Everyone at Vacasa was wonderful from the first day. I will definitely be booking this place again

Nice property, good location, needs a few minor improvements

Beautiful home but needs a bit of love. Locks, television channels and kitchen equipment could use small investments. Otherwise comfortable and great location in Destin !

Amazing

This home was absolutely beautiful from top to bottom I was able to celebrate with my fiancé for his birthday even with a twisted ankle I was able to enjoy with family and friends.
