It is located conveniently close to South City Shopping Centre, Hagley Park, Christchurch Hospital, Parakiore Recreation and Sports Centre and a wide range of other amenities. High speed internet.

Open-plan kitchen, dining, living, and bedroom areas upon entrance to the unit. There is a washer/dryer combination unit located conveniently in the kitchen area cupboards. The couch located in the bedroom/living area converts into a Murphy bed that can sleep 2 guests. This is be made into a bed for your arrival. There is also a full-sized bathroom and a private courtyard with outdoor dining.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
There is high-speed internet throughout the property.
