The Neighborhood:
Home to some of Auckland's best cafes, restaurants, bars and shops, our beloved Avondale may be small but she is fierce! Avondale's proximity to the CBD, Western Suburbs and some of Auckland's most beautiful parks make this one of Auckland;s most desirable suburbs.
Getting Around:
There is a train line nearby at Avondale station which that takes you straight into the city, as well as plenty of bus routes nearby. The city is also very drivable if you have a vehicle. Ride sharing services such as Uber are also readily available.
Other Things to Note:
I will periodically live in the back of the home. My section of the house is self contained and has a seperate entrance. I will not bother you during your stay.
We kindly ask that you take a moment to review the house rules prior to booking. Please note that we have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the property, along with charges for any damages or additional cleaning that may be required.
