Nestled within lush tropical gardens, Villa 177 offers tranquility and privacy in an intimate settling, overlooking the private villa pools. Situated on the northern side of the Mirage Resort, this 3-bedroom condominium provides the convenience of being close to Port Douglas town center, easily accessed by a leisurely walk or cycle into town. The iconic Four Mile Beach is also only a short stroll across the 7th Fairway of the Mirage Golf Course.
Split across two levels, this fully self-contained villa has undergone a partial upgrade, with new tiles, window coverings and selected furniture. The master bedroom is located upstairs and comprises of ensuite & private balcony, whilst the second and third bedrooms are located on the ground level. Both bedrooms are of generous size with built-in wardrobes and share the main bathroom facilities. A separate laundry, equipped with washer and dryer, are available for your convenience.
The entrance leads through to the dining and fully self-contained kitchen, whilst the sunk-in lounge area is accessed via a few steps down. Designed with high ceilings and walls of glass paneled sliding doors, it invites natural light into the living area providing a bright and airy feel. The outdoor entertaining space is suitably positioned opposite the villa pool, perfect for families with younger children to have a quick dip before nap time and the ideal spot to soak up the warmer weather and tropical surrounds.
