The Duplex:
Located on the 1st floor, accessible by staircase, the apartment is composed as follows:

First level:
- A bright living room with a sitting area featuring a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV and dining area with table for up to 4 guests.
- A kitchenette, open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker...
- Bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
- Separate WC

Second level:
- Bedroom 1: double bed with storage space and blackout curtains.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds with closet and blackout curtains.

Outside:
- A 6 m² balcony, facing south-east, with a sublime view of the golf course and furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy a meal in the sun!

Communal areas:
The residence has a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, open from April to the end of October.
The pool is open from 9:30 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. during school vacations and from 9:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. the rest of the year. These times are indicative and subject to change.
The wellness areas are shared by all residents.
Each stay includes one sauna session per person.
Access to the sauna in the pool area is available on request and at an additional cost from reception.
A secure outdoor parking space is also available.

The apartment is located in a quiet, pleasant residence in a residential area. You'll find all amenities in the center, just a few minutes' walk away: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, boutiques, restaurants, bars...

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :
- Independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at allée des Acacacias 22240 Fréhel, access by car, usually on your way to the residence. If you use public transport, choose a physical reception.
- A physical welcome: in this case, you will be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment, share useful tips and hand over the keys.

Other remarks:
- Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
