*MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS*
The municipality requires the presentation of a signed rental agreement and valid ID from the person making the reservation. This person must be present on the premises during the stay.
*ELECTRIC MOTOR RENTAL*
The following are the rates for electric motor rental:
CAD $60 for 2-3 nights
CAD $90 for 4-7 nights
CAD $120 for 8-14 nights
(plus service fees and taxes)
Please note that the motor is located in the cottage and you will need to transport and install it on the boat. The motor weighs approximately 25 pounds and comes with a heavy car battery.
*BASEMENT HEIGHT*
Please note that the basement ceiling is 6.6 feet high. In the basement, you will find:
-1 bedroom with a king bed
-1 bedroom with a queen bed
-The entertainment room
-The bathroom number 2
-The washer and dryer
*PETS*
Pets (dogs, cats, or others) are not accepted.
*AIR CONDITIONING*
There is no air conditioning. Fans are provided, and air circulation is good when room doors are open.
*NOISES*
Out of respect for neighbors, parties are strictly forbidden. Please keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially outdoors and in the evenings.
*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
For the indoor and the outdoor fireplace, guests must bring their own wood, kindling, and lighter (all available nearby in nearby stores).
Also, note that the outdoor fireplace is not cleared of snow; guests must shovel the access if they wish to use it. Also, outdoor chairs will not be available from November to Mai.
*SOFA BED*
Please note that sleeping on the sofa beds is not permitted and no bed sheets are provided.
