Make the most of Yellowknife in this updated, two-bedroom basement suite with private entrance. The suite comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests using the pull-out couch (memory foam topper included).
Enjoy a bright and cozy kitchen, dining, and living space equipped with everything you need. High-speed Wi-Fi and a TV are available for your entertainment, and in-suite laundry is added for your convenience.
We provide hotel-quality linens and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
The property is located on a quiet street just a 5-minute walk from downtown Yellowknife, restaurants, shops, bus stops, and major attractions. Youâre also just steps away from the scenic Niven Trail, ideal for summer walks or winter skiing and snowshoeing across Niven Lake. Aurora viewing over the lake is breathtaking!
One parking space is available in the alleyway driveway. Free additional street parking is nearby.
Guests have access to the private basement suite. We have two dogs upstairs that are very friendly. They do not have access to the suite. We have a fenced off front yard for them to use that is separate from the backyard.
