Escape to absolute beachfront living in beautiful Jervis Bay at Zara Del Mar — a newly renovated, architecturally striking home with direct beach access and panoramic water views that wake you with sunrise from the upstairs balcony. The open-plan designer living areas and kitchen take full advantage of the outlook and flow straight onto a large undercover deck with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ — perfect for slow breakfasts, long lunches and evenings watching the tide roll in.

Stylish, family-friendly spaces are arranged over multiple levels: the main living room features air-conditioning, a combustion fireplace and a library of books, while a second living area offers a relaxed TV/lounge for kids. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, gas cooktop, microwave and Nespresso) and a handy pantry supplies complementary basics to get you started. Two private bedroom decks and a luxurious bamboo-wrapped outdoor raindrop shower make this house an ideal spot to rinse off and unwind after beach time. Kayaks, paddleboards and lifejackets are provided for water fun (please use with care and supervision).

Sleeping up to 10 guests across four bedrooms — including an impressive upstairs principal suite with ensuite, desk and deck — the home also includes a separate laundry with washer and dryer and plenty of storage for boats and beach gear. Pets are welcome. Linen and towels are provided — please bring your own beach towels.

- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on front, rear garden unfenced.

This stunning waterfront property was the perfect spot for our family of seven, including two kids. With plenty of space inside and out, we had ample room to relax and enjoy our stay. The property's beautiful location and facilities made for a fantastic experience.The only minor issue we encountered was a leak in the shower of the ground-floor bathroom near the main bedroom (water leaked from shower to the floor outside), which could use some attention. However, it didn't impact our overall enjoyment of the property.We appreciated the clean linens and fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay feel like home. The kids particularly loved the activity books and beach toys provided, keeping them engaged and entertained throughout our visit.

Beautiful property right on the beach

We had a fantastic weekend with two families and teenage friend. Summer arrived just as we arrived on the beach and we loved the kayaks, board and other toys for water fun! Direct access to beach made it an incredible stay. House was comfortable and as it was described in the ad. Had a fantastic two days and would love to come back!

Fitness group ladies getaway

Absolutely amazing!!!!! We did not leave the house except to wander off the front lawn onto the beach for a run / walk / swim / kayak / SUP!!!! So much space , spectacular views, constant sound of the water - absolute paradise!!!!!

Awesome location but house was really dirty considering we even had to pay extra for covid cleaning

We stayed for 4 nights. Fantastic location, we had lots of fun. Comfortable beds. However, considering we paid extra cleaning charges for a covid safe place, the cleanliness was not up to standards. On arrival house was dirty. Floor had what looked like pee on it, floors not vacuumed and not mopped, dusty couch, kitchen cupboards sticky, bbq not usable as was filthy, spider webs in every corner/wall of house (we killed so many spiders). Listing says recently renovated, however not one part of the house looked renovated, everything looks old. We informed all this to property manager who replied a week later asking for photos as proof which we provided to hear not hear back from them.

Fantastic stay at Zara del Mar

Despite heavy rain for all of our stay we had a fantastic time. Zara del Mar is in a great location with more than enough room to accommodate the nine of us with room to spare, especially during less than ideal weather. The house was immaculate, especially the kitchen and all appliances and the bathrooms. Plenty of games, toys DVDs to keep everyone busy. The location right on Callaha Beach was wonderful, and had it not rained for our stay, the kayaks, paddle board, garden would have been wonderful. We would have no hesitation booking this property again.

Beautiful family getaway!

We stayed for a family getaway and had a great time. Location was perfect! The beach is right on the back doorstep and the overall ambience was super relaxed. Just what we all needed. We plan to stay again!

Magnificent location

Honestly you can't ask for a better location for a beach stay, the beach is literally in your backyard. Watching the sunrise and the sunset everyday from the balcony was breathtaking. The house was clean and fully equipped especially the kitchen it has everything you need. The kids were also so happy with all the toys, books and the floaties. Thanks a lot Antonia for hosting us.

Perfect location, great holiday, house needs some tlc.

We had a wonderful 7 night stay at Zara Del Mar. The location is perfect. Access to the beach is amazing and the views so beautiful. Exactly as we pictured it would be. Outdoor entertaining area had a large seating/table area, cubby house, sun loungers and a day bed! The beach house itself is great, but could use some TLC on the interiors as it’s a bit tired. There were 9 of us (2 families) and all bedrooms were a comfortable size and living areas nice and adequate & the kitchen was well equipped. I understand that when you stay in a beach house like this you are paying for the location, but for the amount we paid, you expect a little bit more and really it’s the little things that count. Although the house caters well for families (games, toys, boogie boards, kayaks etc), some things could use a bit of an upgrade: the boardgames had seen better days, so not really usable as items were missing. The mat under the coffee table was dirty with lots of stains, wouldn't take much to replace. Bathmats as well.. pretty old. BBQ hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. Overall cleanliness could be turned up a notch. Maybe consider adding aircon especially for downstairs rooms as they don't get much of the ocean breeze on a hot summer night and although they do supply fans, one of them was not working. Despite the above, we really enjoyed our stay Zara Del Mar. Would book there again but hope that the owners would take into consideration some of the reviews below and make improvements in the near future.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Enjoy calm swimming beaches and a relaxed coastal culture in this scenic town. Tucked into the northern pocket of Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast, Callala Bay has a boat ramp and jetty, providing easy access to the clear aqua waters for sailing, fishing and snorkelling. Make sure you keep an eye out for dolphins.

You can learn to sail with Jervis Bay Sailing Club, or go bushwalking and fishing in nearby Jervis Bay National Park. The park is a natural sanctuary of sand forests, eucalypt woodlands and beaches with powder-white sand. It’s also home to abundant wildlife and important Aboriginal cultural conservation sites.

Just south of Callala Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, which is backed by a reserve with BBQs and picnic tables. At Club Callala enjoy a bite to eat, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.

Nearby is the village of Myola, located on the banks of Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin and whale-watching cruises depart.
