This restored farmhouse is located in the Périgord countryside near Périgueux, a Gallo-Roman and medieval town. It is ideally located at the gateway to the Périgord Noir, a land of prehistory (Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art in Montignac, 25 km away). The hiking trails will inspire you to explore the surrounding countryside. Fishing is possible in a small pond belonging to the owner, located 500 meters from the gîte (black bass, roach, carp, etc.). A tour of the nearby farm is also possible, with seasonal farm produce for sale: duck breast, foie gras, etc. in winter.
