Welcome to Coastal Calm, a bright and relaxing family getaway located within the popular Footprints Resort at Preston Beach. Designed for comfort and convenience, this coastal retreat offers the perfect space for families wanting to unwind, explore, and reconnect by the ocean.
The Space:
The home features two comfortable bedrooms plus two single sofa beds, ideal for children or extra guests. The open-plan living area flows out to a courtyard where parents can relax while the kids play. A fully equipped kitchen makes family meals easy, and the lounge area with a Smart TV is perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, laundry, and courtyard.
Youâll also have access to the Footprints Resort facilities, including a swimming pool.
Self check-in is available, and weâll send you all the access details prior to your arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Preston Beach is a peaceful coastal community surrounded by nature and native wildlife. Itâs one of Western Australiaâs hidden gems â perfect for swimming, fishing, 4WD beach adventures, or simply unwinding.
Kangaroos are regular visitors to the lawns around Footprints, creating a truly unique Australian experience right outside your window.
Youâll also find a local playground, cafĂ©, and general store just a short walk away, making it easy for families to settle in and relax.
Getting Around:
Preston Beach is located around 90 minutes south of Perth and 30 minutes north of Bunbury, making it an easy drive for a weekend escape or family holiday.
Once here, everything â from the beach to the cafĂ© â is within easy walking distance, and parking is available on site.
Other Things to Note:
GUESTS
- Guests have to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and secure a deposit at least 24 hrs before the check-in.
- Please do not book on behalf of other people.
- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.
Guest Verification & Damage Deposit
-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and damage deposit through our secure external system, "Safeguest".
-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
