Rules
In order for you and any future guests to enjoy a functional, clean property and harmonious neighbourhood during your stay, when you confirm the reservation, you and all group members agree to and will follow our rules as below:
•All guests must abide by the Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry found on the Fair Trading website.
•Parties are strictly PROHIBITED. We reserve the right to define what a "party” is and will be reasonable when doing so.
•Please be conscious of your neighbours and keep noise at a tolerable level without being disruptive. Noise restrictions also apply, so please minimise noise after 9pm.
•Smoking is allowed but outside only. Please do not leave butts lying around anywhere and dispose of them thoughtfully.
•Shoes are allowed on in the house, however we do ask that you are considerate and make a reasonable effort to reduce bringing dirt, mud etc into the house.
•Please do not put your feet on any of the furniture.
•All rubbish is to be packed and correctly disposed of in the bins. There are two for general rubbish (red) and one for recycling (yellow). Please try and sort your rubbish accordingly.
•Rubbish bins should be closed on the property and all the rubbish must fit into the bins property.
•If the property is left in an unsatisfactory state, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee. This includes leaving too much rubbish or too many dirty dishes behind on the property.
•Wi-fi is available for guest use. Please refer to the check-in guidebook for all Wi-Fi information. This service is offered as a complimentary extra and so the speed is not guaranteed. It may be affected by issues with the internet service provider or other unexpected complications. As there is no charge for this service, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.
•Please leave the property as you found it. We kindly ask you to not move any furniture around.
•The latest checkout time is 10.00am. Prior to checking out, please go through this to-do list:
-Clean all dirty dishes and store them in the cabinets where you found them. Please note that the cleaning fee does not include dishwashing.
-Sort and dispose of any remaining rubbish.
-Turn off all lights, heater and appliances.
-Please always close the front and back doors (entering & exiting)
-Let us know about any damages or missing items.
•Pets are allowed however dogs are to be outside only and we ask that other pets are kept clean and that they do not go on any of the furniture or bedding.
•Guests cars should be parked in the driveway/garage. Off street free parking is available. Please do not park on the nature strip.
No of Guests:
•The house sleeps 10 and the total guests in the house should not exceed 10 guests (including children).
Saving energy and the planet:
•Split system and all unnecessary electrical appliances should be turned off when leaving the house.
•Our pricing is based, in part, on average use of utilities. Leaving the split system on all day and night is not normal usage and will be an excessive use of electricity. Please be respectful of this simple request to turn it off when you are out.
By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
