Welcome to this wonderful family beach house located in picturesque Sunshine Beach.
The property is fully fenced with a private pool and is laid out over two spacious levels, offering amazing ocean views and a huge wrap-around balcony.
Please note that the owner is currently refurnishing the house, so the furniture will be different from what is shown in the photos. However, the bed configuration will remain as

This lovely beach house is perfect for your next family vacation. Located on Ross Crescent, the property is super close to the beach with amazing ocean views and cooling breezes. The lower level of the house comprises of a double garage with additional driveway and on street parking. The garden is fully fenced with secure gating to the front.
The ground level of the house comprises of 2 of the bedrooms as well as two bathrooms and the laundry room.
The first level of the house comprises of a light open plan living, kitchen and dining space as well as the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
The huge wrap around balcony is perfect for alfresco dining or afternoon cocktails. The whole top level enjoys these beautiful blue ocean views.
The owner is currently refurnishing the property but the bed configuration is correct:
